DYWIDAG Management System
In close collaboration with our managers, and after listening to suggestions and comments from our employees, we organized the DYWIDAG Management System (DMS). DMS is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and includes industrial safety, health protection and corporate environmental protection.
Quality in every sphere of our activities.
In line with our General Company Principles we attach great importance to achieving a high level of quality in every sphere of our activities. Here our main priority is to fulfil our contractual obligations, at the same time observing the statutory regulations and official requirements. In order to achieve this goal we use DMS as a management tool and formal contribution towards minimizing risk.
The aim of DMS is to provide specific tools and aids to permit proactive and comprehensive quality planning, taking into account the opportunities and risks involved, and to ensure that these tools are used. DMS therefore constitutes a valuable and necessary support to the operations side of our business. The requisite knowledge and expertise is provided by experts in quality management, industrial safety and health protection, hazardous substances and corporate environmental protection.
We have organized our DYWIDAG Management System in order to promote this comprehensive quality awareness long-term in all sectors of activity. For this we have set ourselves the following objectives, in addition to ensuring that we can continue to meet certification requirements in the future:
- greater transparency in our operations by organizing them in line with DYWIDAG’S own business processes
- clear communication of the tools available
- clarification of targets to be achieved so that divergences can be recognized at an early stage
- incorporation of industrial safety and health protection
- taking into account corporate environmental protection.
The DYWIDAG Management System will constitute a recognized tool for minimising risk and thus for boosting commercial success.
